There are two types of Provisions accounts; Household and Business. Any business, non-profit organization or school can set up a Business Account. Orcas Food Co-op membership is required to set up a Household Account. Provisions is one of many perks of being a member of our community-owned co-op!

Having a payment method saved on file at the Co-op (either a charge account or card on file) is required for Provisions Co-op Wholesale services. No charges take place until an order has been received and processed. To get set up with a charge account to pay for your orders conveniently via ACH please send an email with subject line "Charge Account" to bookkeeper@orcasfood.coop.
Although we work hard to keep our Provisions Co-op Wholesale site up to date, occasionally items are out of stock from our suppliers, or wrong items are sent. We do not back-order items. If you would like to reorder an item that didn’t come in, you will need to place your order again for the following week. We will try to let you know when the item you’re trying to order is a long-term out of stock, so that we can find a suitable alternative.
In the event that you have mis-ordered an item and it is not an item we stock in the store, an unopened case that has not left the Co-op premises can be returned for a 10% restocking fee.
If it is an item that we stock and has not left the premises, it is likely that we can waive the restocking fee.
